Real returned to the top with a difficult victory

After taking an early lead at Getafe, Real Madrid kept the pressure on. Had a good chance, but no success. Getafe tried to counter attack but could not close the gap. In addition to returning to winning ways, Carlo Ancelotti’s team once again climbed to the top of the league table.
