Military coup again in Burkina Faso

The army of the West African country of Burkina Faso has announced that it has overthrown the president of the country’s military government, Paul-Henri Damiba.
Armed soldiers wearing khakis and masks appeared on state television late Friday night local time to confirm the ouster of the president, Reuters reported.
With this, the second coup occurred in Burkina Faso this year.
Friday began with gunfire at a military camp in the capital Ouagadougou and ended with a televised announcement.
On that day, explosions were heard near the presidential palace, state television programs were interrupted several times.
